August was such a busy month and went by so quick!

Highlights include:

- Visiting Addy & Cody

- OR trip

- Siena meeting grandpa wood, my dad and Heather, Derek & Kayla, Everett & Sloan

- Sunriver

- Trying a new pizza place

- Siena 2 month appointment

- Lunch date to Stellas

- Lots of walks with Siena

- Last month before maternity leave :/

Walks with Siena to the river. On this walk she got super sassy so I took her out of the carrier to chill for a bit.

The best thing is when she wakes up in the morning and you unzip her from her squirrel suit. She is soooo smiley and stretching a ton and it is the best ever.

Lunch date to Stellas! We had delicious sandwiches and we walked from our house and Siena fell asleep in the stroller on the way.

Post nursing in the car. We have had a lot of nursing sessions and diaper changes in the car. She is a champ.

When we actually get ready to go out to the store.

After having a giant blowout in her carseat while we were on a walk with friend so I had to change her on the grass in the parking lot and snuggle after because blowouts are tough.

We drove down to North Carolina again and visited Addy and Cody. We went to the beach got some yummy pizza and watched some movies together.

Siena loves her Aunt and Uncle!

Beach time! Crazy how much bigger she was than the last time we were at the beach just a few weeks earlier.

We drove up to DC for our TSA precheck "interview" and then went and cruised a few museums after. It poured on us while we were walking around but it was still so fun. We have a curse with DC and it rains every time we go there.

Aaron had a lot of rotations this month so we have a lot of Facetiming dad!

At the end of the monthI flew to OR for Siena to meet my grandpa, my dad and Heather and Derek and Kayla and Everett and Sloan. I was lucky to have Addy meet me on a layover in Atlanta and fly with me from Atlanta to Portland. First airplane ride and big trip with Siena was a success. I was super nervous especially about the flight but she did amazing and mostly slept the whole time. It was so fun to see everyone and I am glad we made it happen! We went to Sunriver at the end of the trip and Jed & Shellyne came down from Utah so it was perfect to have everyone there together!
