October 2021

October was a crazy month! We went to Birmingham, AL & Augusta, GA and my dad & Heather came to visit!

Family walk!

Testing out the bike ramps with the stroller.

Baby girl loving to stand.

She really loves standing this month! She is happiest standing and being a part of whatever is happening. She is an active girl.

Our new favorite pizza place! Detroit style pizza :)

Siena liked it too :)

Siena started sleeping in her crib for naps this month so we put the slumberpod in her bed and she loooves it. We then transitioned to her sleeping there at night too and she had a few rough nights and then started sleeping 12 hours! It is amazing!

We went to the folk festival and enjoyed some music and some yummy food. It was a little rainy but the weather worked out great for us!

We went to the fair with some friends and it was so fun! We saw lots of cute baby animals, our friends rode some rides and we ate some fair food!

We went to the most amazing pumpkin patch! It had the best pumpkins with so many different colors!

Siena loved the pumpkin patch!

Scenes from Siena working with me!

Siena enjoying a meeting ;)

Flying to Birmingham, AL! Aaron had an interview for a residency there so Siena and I went to check it out too. We had a ton of fun! The flight was late at night and Siena was a little saucy but she did great considering the timing :)

Exploring Birmingham together!

We left Siena sleeping in the room so we could grab some breakfast together.

Flying back home!

Farmers market with Siena in Birmingham!

Flying back with our cute sleepy girl.

Then we went to Augusta, GA for another interview that Aaron had. We had to get some BBQ while we were there!

Exploring Augusta trails looking for a crocodile.

Our happy girl.

We stopped in Charlotte on the way to explore a little.

Siena did amazing on the drive there and back! She is a great little traveler.

Charlotte!

Siena fell asleep while walking around/facing forward which never happens because she loves to check out what is happening too much so you know she was reallllly tired. It was very cute.

Walking around the river in Augusta. It was a fun trip!

Aaron helped me out during a meeting one day that was happening during his lunch break so he took Siena around to meet his teachers and classmates. It was very cute!

Sassy girl because she was late for a nap!

Standing big girl! She fell after I took this picture which I felt horrible about :/

Tummy time girl!

Exploring the Parade of Homes!

Cute girl on a walk!

Fall baby! Breaking out all her long sleeve fall outfits!

She loooves to be a part of what is happening so I broke out her bath and put it on the counter so she could help me make dinner.

Fall girl!

Fall walks!

Standing baby.

Mad baby :)

Happy baby :)

Walks to the view!

Her and I go on a few walks a day to help keep her (and I) entertained :)

4 Month Appointment!

14 pound 6 ounces

65 centimeters

55 percentile for weight and head and 85 percentile for height

She takes after her dad :)

Four months is my favorite so far. I love how much more interactive she is becoming. She loves to play. She is super easy to get to laugh! She loves singing time and reading books. She is rolling more. She now sleeps in her own crib and room. She can put herself to sleep. She is so fun! Her and I spend all day together while I work. She stays awake for about an hour and a half between naps and sleeps for about 45 minutes to an hour. She loooooves to be a part of things. She is always going going going. She is happy if she is getting attention or if we are out and about so she has a lot of things to stare at. She is growing up too quick. We love her so much.

Rolling girl. I walked over after making my breakfast to find her like this.

Smiling girl.

Sitting on her own :)

It is getting chilly these days so it's fun to bundle her up!

My dad and Heather came to visit which was so fun! They had a business trip to NC and then drove up to meet up with us.

We went to James Madison's house, Montpiler, with them! We looooved it! It was beautiful!

Siena exploring the history.

We dressed Siena up as a skeleton for Halloween! We got to stop by a friends party and then went out to dinner with my dad and Heather.

October was a great month! We were so lucky to have some fun trips and family in town!
